This fall join Lori Glazebrook and Annabelle Denmark for a feel.focus.flow.™ Embodied Human Retreat in the heart of Provence, France. Immerse yourself in the land of castles, delicious food, intoxicating fields of lavender, wineries and beautiful scenery; this is the perfect place for YOU to retreat and come back to your Self.

Annabelle and Lori provide a sacred container for you to reconnect with your power, your presence and your essence.  feel.focus.flow.™ embodiment practices and a transformative one on one photo session will allow you to be seen without masks or limits while giving you the opportunity to tap into layers of yourself and reclaim parts you thought you had lost.

We will be staying at a private estate in Martignargues, France and you will have plenty of time to relax and come back to Center. Surrounded by vineyards & olive trees, we will come together to move our bodies, share meaningful conversation and eat delicious meals with one another.

This retreat holds the intention for you to create authentic connections with others, open into your fullness and allow yourself to be seen. Spaces are limited; rooms for couples are available.

About The Venue

Mas des Hirondelles is a comfortable and spacious Farmhouse in the small villag of Martignargues in southern France whose origins date from the 17th century. Hirondelles is “swallow”, as in the bird, in French. Swallows symbolize regeneration and new life. The swallow is a sign of embracing your journey and finding joy and happiness along the way.

 Our journey together is supported by this Mas, with its wood beam vaults, exposed stone walls, terra cotta floors and inner courtyard for relaxing; 12000 m2 of land runs alongside the Mas des hirondelles and offers a private heated saltwater swimming pool. There are bikes available for riding into the nearby town and exploring beyond the grounds. This “home of the swallow” is a magical, special space to retreat in.
